Deposit Policy

  • We require $100 down to confirm you requested date and time slot. This deposit will go towards the cost of your event.

  • Your event will not be confirmed and scheduled without a deposit.

  • An additional refundable* security deposit of $50-$100 is added to any event or rental at when reserving. 

  • Online reservation requests are confirmed in the order received.  Should your request no longer be available when confirming, we will contact you with the next available date & time slot.

  • Security deposits are refunded at the end of your event or rental providing the event time does not run over and/or there is no damage to our equipment and/or furniture (if applicable). Late exits from the Party Room will result in a 50% deduction from your security deposit 15 minutes after scheduled end time and every 15 mins after.

  • All balances are due 2 weeks prior to event date.  

  • All events and entertainment requests booked within 2 weeks of scheduled date must be paid in full.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We know and understand that things happen. That's why we offer our money-back* guarantee when you book your party with us!  Depending on your specific situation, we are here to assist.

  • ALL cancellation requests and refunds are honored within 3 weeks from the requested/scheduled/confirmed date.

  • We accept cancellations by email only and based on the date you submit your request. Refunds will be returned in the same method paid.  We will notify you of our next available open date for cash refunds.

  • After 3 weeks of confirming your event, all payments are non-refundable. However, a credit will be issued and can be used within 1-year from original date of booking.  Credit is transferable to another person with prior written authorization and is valid within the same time frame. 

  • Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled to the next available date upon your approval.
    Cancellations due to emergencies (illness, serious injury, etc.) will be rescheduled to a later date upon your approval. In the event, you wish to cancel completely, you will forfeit 50%.

  • Any cancellations other than mentioned above and within 3 weeks of your event will forfeit all payments. No exceptions. 


General Policy

  • Promotions and coupons may not be combined.  

  • Requests for cancellations and rebooking under a different promotion will not be honored.

  • Liability waivers and socks are required for all children.

  • Food requiring warming must be attended to by an adult at all times.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

  • DJ's or event decorators will not be granted additional time for setup or breakdown of equipment and must provide all needed supplies.

  • Taxes are included.

  • Security deposit cannot be used towards additional time.

  • Additional time when available must be requested at least 1 hour prior to event end time and at staff's discretion.

  • Credit card purchases will incur a transaction fee of 3%.  We do not accept gift cards, checks or money orders.

  • We are not responsible for late arrivals or personal items during or left after events.

  • Outside entertainment and balloons are welcomed.
